The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by the following:

- Damage caused by external factors such as a fall, etc. - Natural wear and deterioration of parts during normal use.
- Rim tape, spokes and tubeless sealant - Products that have been repaired by anyone other than an ODIN authorized dealer - Products whose specifications have been changed since purchase - Riding in places where bicycles are not generally ridden - Damage to paint or stickers, jumping, downhill riding, or other harsh conditions or environments

For any issues, repair parts, etc., please contact the store where you purchased the product. If you purchased the product from the official ODIN online store, please contact us via the chat in the bottom right of the screen.

[ODIN]

The warranty period for ODIN products, including rims and hubs, is three years from the date of order.
*For online stores, the warranty period begins the day after the product is shipped.

[Warranty details]

- ODIN will repair or replace a purchased product in accordance with our company regulations if a defect occurs in the product due to manufacturing or materials under normal use conditions, only for customers who purchase a new product from the official ODIN online store or an authorized ODIN retailer.
・To receive the ODIN product warranty, you must register your product using the warranty card included with the product within 14 days of purchase.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
